Update from Mike (2 weeks in)


Yep, that's right!!! 
13 POUNDS IN TWO WEEKS!!!!!!!!!!

I would have never believed it if I hadn't seen it for myself. My coffee makes me lose weight! I'm not on a diet, I eat whatever I want. I only started running 4 days ago!!! I have always battled with my weight. I lost about 50 pounds 2 years ago, and it was hard - I mean VARY HARD! Now going at it again since I put it back on I'm seeing faster results with drinking one cup of coffee 6 days a week. Yes, this sounds insane but you will never know till you try it for yourself.
